The subject property runs parallel to the western boundary of FTMM and State Road Route 35, located in Eatontown Borough, NJ The property is known to the NJ Department of Transportation (NJDOT) as Parcel Rl 19 and encompasses an area of approximately 0,5 11 acres The Army currently owns the subject property, and it exists as a right-of-way easement between the Army and the NJ State Highway Department The property has been evaluated and determined to be suitable for transfer. The Army plans to convey approximately 0.511 acres under an Economic Development Conveyance. A draft Finding of Suitability to Transfer (FOST) has been prepared to document the environmental conditions of the property.
The above draft FOST is available for a 30-day public review and comment period commencing from August 9, 2025, and ending on September 8, 2025.
